HHPN was formed in August 1999 by a core of software
developers who saw a need for rapid development
tools within a pure Java environment. The result
of this effort is XLiRAD, now available to the
public.
Our offices are located in San Diego California,
home to other high-tech companies such as Qualcomm
and Gateway.
